Display device and electronic device including the same

An electronic device comprising:

• a display panel comprising a display portion, and a touch sensor portion above the display portion;
• and
• a driver configured to drive the display portion and the touch sensor portion,
• wherein the display portion comprises:
• a semiconductor layer;
• a gate electrode above the semiconductor layer;
• a source electrode and a drain electrode at a layer above the gate electrode, and electrically connected to the semiconductor layer;
• a first connecting electrode at a layer above the source electrode and the drain electrode, and electrically connected to the source electrode or the drain electrode;
• a light-emitting diode above the first connecting electrode, and electrically connected to the first connecting electrode;
• a first power voltage line configured to supply a first power voltage to the light-emitting diode;
• and
• a second power voltage line configured to supply a second power voltage to the light-emitting diode,
• wherein the touch sensor portion comprises:
• a touch electrode;
• and
• a touch-electrode-connecting line electrically connecting the touch electrode with the driver, and comprising:
• a first connection wire connected to the driver and at a same layer as the gate electrode;
• a second connection wire connected to the first connection wire and at a same layer as the source electrode and the drain electrode;
• and
• a third connection wire above the second connection wire and connecting the second connection wire with the touch electrode.
