Display device, electronic device and method for manufacturing display device

An electronic device comprising:

• a display module including a display panel;
• and
• a processor configured to transmit an image data signal to the display module, wherein
• the display panel includes a substrate, a pixel on the substrate, and a driving circuit on the substrate, the pixel includes a driving transistor and a first switching transistor, the driving transistor including a first active layer, the first active layer includes a first oxide semiconductor layer and a second oxide semiconductor layer on the first oxide semiconductor layer,
• the first oxide semiconductor layer includes a first oxide semiconductor,
• the second oxide semiconductor layer includes a second oxide semiconductor,
• the first switching transistor includes a second active layer including the second oxide semiconductor,
• the driving circuit includes a buffer transistor,
• the buffer transistor includes a third active layer including the first oxide semiconductor, and
• the first oxide semiconductor includes a crystalline oxide semiconductor.

A method for manufacturing a display device, comprising:

• forming a first oxide semiconductor layer on a substrate;
• forming a second oxide semiconductor layer on the first oxide semiconductor layer to form a first active layer including the first oxide semiconductor layer and the second oxide semiconductor layer;
• forming a first gate insulating layer on the substrate and the first active layer;
• and
• forming a gate electrode of a driving transistor on the first gate insulating layer, wherein the driving transistor includes the first active layer, the gate electrode of the driving transistor overlaps the first active layer, wherein
• the forming the first oxide semiconductor layer includes forming a first semiconductor pattern on the substrate and crystallizing the first semiconductor pattern, and
• the first semiconductor pattern including an amorphous oxide semiconductor.
