Provided in the present disclosure are a display panel and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display apparatus. The display panel comprises: a base substrate, wherein the base substrate has a display region and a peripheral region surrounding the display region, the peripheral region having a target region, which comprises at least one of an electrode joint region, part of the electrode joint region, a bonding region, part of the bonding region, an encapsulation region, part of the encapsulation region, and the whole peripheral region; residual photoresist, which is located on the base substrate and is located in the target region of the peripheral region; and a common layer, which is located on the base substrate and covers at least the display region of the base substrate, wherein the orthographic projection of the common layer on the base substrate does not overlap the orthographic projection of the residual photoresist on the base substrate, the common layer being used for transporting holes or electrons.
