Organic electroluminescent material and device thereof

A compound has a structure of Formula 1:

• wherein the ring Cy1, the ring Cy2, the ring Cy3, the ring Cy4, the ring Cy5, the ring Cy6 and the ring Cy7 are, at each occurrence identically or differently, selected from an unsaturated carbocyclic ring having 5 to 30 carbon atoms or an unsaturated heterocyclic ring having 3 to 30 carbon atoms;
• Z1, Z2, Z3 and Z4 are, at each occurrence identically or differently, selected from B, N, P, P═O, P═S, As, As═O, As═S, SiR or GeR;
• L1, L2, L3, L4, L5, L6 and L7 are, at each occurrence identically or differently, selected from a single bond, O, S, Se, BR′, NR′, PR′, P═OR′, P═SR′, AsR′, As═OR′, As═SR′, CR′R′, SiR′R′ or GeR′R′;
• in a case where a plurality of R′ are present at the same time, the plurality of R′ are identical or different;
• a, b, c, d, e, f and g are each independently selected from 0, 1 or 2;
• R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 and R7 represent, at each occurrence identically or differently, mono-substitution, multiple substitutions or non-substitution;
• at least one of R1 to R7 is a cyano group, and at least one of R1 to R7 is, at each occurrence identically or differently, selected from the group consisting of:
• substituted or unsubstituted alkylsilyl having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, fluorine, substituted or unsubstituted carbazolyl having 3 to 20 carbon atoms and combinations thereof;
• R, R′, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 and R7 are, at each occurrence identically or differently, selected from the group consisting of:
• hydrogen, deuterium, halogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl having 3 to 20 ring carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkyl having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic groups having 3 to 20 ring atoms, substituted or unsubstituted arylalkyl having 7 to 30 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted aryloxy having 6 to 30 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl having 2 to 20 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted alkynyl having 2 to 20 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted aryl having 6 to 30 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl having 3 to 30 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted alkylsilyl having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted arylsilyl having 6 to 20 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted alkylgermanyl having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted arylgermanyl having 6 to 20 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted amino having 0 to 20 carbon atoms, an acyl group, a carbonyl group, a carboxylic acid group, an ester group, a cyano group, an isocyano group, a hydroxyl group, a sulfanyl group, a sulfinyl group, a sulfonyl group, a phosphino group, —BR″R″ and combinations thereof;
• R″ is, at each occurrence identically or differently, selected from the group consisting of:
• hydrogen, deuterium, halogen, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted cycloalkyl having 3 to 20 ring carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted heteroalkyl having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic groups having 3 to 20 ring atoms, substituted or unsubstituted arylalkyl having 7 to 30 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted alkoxy having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted aryloxy having 6 to 30 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted alkenyl having 2 to 20 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted alkynyl having 2 to 20 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted aryl having 6 to 30 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl having 3 to 30 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted alkylsilyl having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted arylsilyl having 6 to 20 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted alkylgermanyl having 3 to 20 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted arylgermanyl having 6 to 20 carbon atoms, substituted or unsubstituted amino having 0 to 20 carbon atoms, an acyl group, a carbonyl group, a carboxylic acid group, an ester group, a cyano group, an isocyano group, a hydroxyl group, a sulfanyl group, a sulfinyl group, a sulfonyl group, a phosphino group and combinations thereof;
• and
• adjacent substituents R′, R″, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6 and R7 can be optionally joined to form a ring.
