Abstract
A display device includes an active light-emitting package and a plurality of passive light-emitting packages. The active light-emitting package includes a light-emitting driver chip and at least one first light-emitting element electrically connected to the light-emitting driver chip. The plurality of passive light-emitting packages are electrically connected to the active light-emitting package, and each of the plurality of passive light-emitting packages includes at least one second light-emitting element. The light-emitting driver chip is configured to drive the at least one first light-emitting element and each of the second light-emitting elements.
Claims20
A display device, comprising:
- an active light-emitting package, including:
- a light-emitting driver chip;
- and
- at least one first light-emitting element electrically connected to the light-emitting driver chip;
- and
- a plurality of passive light-emitting packages electrically connected to the active light-emitting package, wherein each of the plurality of passive light-emitting packages includes at least one second light-emitting element;
- wherein the light-emitting driver chip is configured to drive the at least one first light-emitting element and each of the second light-emitting elements.
