Abstract
A display device includes a circuit stack including a transistor structure, a buffer layer disposed on the circuit stack and including a metal oxide, a via portion penetrating the buffer layer and connected to the transistor structure, an inorganic light-emitting stack disposed on the buffer layer and the via portion, and a transparent electrode disposed on the inorganic light-emitting stack.

A display device, comprising:
- a circuit stack including a transistor structure;
- a buffer layer disposed on the circuit stack, wherein the buffer layer includes a metal oxide;
- a via portion penetrating the buffer layer and connected to the transistor structure;
- an inorganic light-emitting stack disposed on the buffer layer and the via portion;
- and
- a transparent electrode disposed on the inorganic light-emitting stack.

A method for manufacturing a display device, comprising:
- forming a circuit stack including a transistor structure having a contact electrode;
- forming a metal layer on the circuit stack;
- anodizing the metal layer to convert a portion of the metal layer into a buffer layer;
- forming an inorganic light-emitting stack on the buffer layer;
- and
- forming a transparent electrode on the inorganic light-emitting stack.

- a display device;
- a memory;

- a processor configured to execute data included in the memory to control an operation of the display device,
- wherein the display device comprises:
- a circuit stack including a transistor structure;
