Display apparatus and method of manufacturing the same

A method of manufacturing a display apparatus, the method comprising:

• forming an epitaxy structure by sequentially stacking, on a growth substrate, a third light-emitting structure, a second light-emitting structure, and a first light-emitting structure, each of the third light-emitting structure, the second light-emitting structure, and the first light-emitting structure comprising a p-type semiconductor layer, an active layer, and an n-type semiconductor layer and each of the third light-emitting structure, the second light-emitting structure, and the first light-emitting structure being configured to generate light of different wavelengths from each other;
• forming a light-emitting device chip by forming n-electrodes respectively contacting the n-type semiconductor layers of the first light-emitting structure, the second light-emitting structure, and the third light-emitting structure and forming p-electrodes respectively contacting the p-type semiconductor layers of the first light-emitting structure, the second light-emitting structure, and the third light-emitting structure;
• and
• transferring the light-emitting device chip on a display substrate.
