A containerized data center cooling system may include a shipping container defining an interior volume, a plurality of server cassettes removably supported within the interior volume, and a self-contained primary liquid cooling loop disposed entirely within each server cassette. The primary liquid cooling loop may include a primary coolant reservoir, a pump configured to circulate a primary liquid coolant, one or more coolant delivery elements configured to deliver the primary liquid coolant directly onto one or more heat-generating electronic components, and a heat exchanger affixed to the server cassette and thermally coupled to the primary liquid cooling loop.
