Printed circuit board

A printed circuit board comprising:

• a glass layer having a first surface, a second surface opposing the first surface in a first direction, and a side surface connecting the first surface and the second surface;
• a through-via penetrating at least a portion of the glass layer in the first direction;
• an insulating body including a first insulating portion disposed on the first surface, a second insulating portion disposed on the second surface, and a third insulating portion disposed between the first and second insulating portions and covering the side surface;
• a second wiring layer disposed on the second insulating portion;
• a connection via penetrating the second insulating portion to connect the second wiring layer and the through-via to each other;
• a plurality of third insulating layers disposed on the second insulating portion and covering at least a portion of the second wiring layer;
• and
• a plurality of third wiring layers respectively disposed on or within the plurality of third insulating layers,
• wherein the second wiring layer and the connection via include a first metal layer and a second metal layer disposed on the first metal layer, and
• the first metal layer being in contact with the through-via and the second insulating portion.
