Abstract
One disclosure of the present specification provides a method by which a base station performs communication. The method comprises the steps of: receiving analytics information related to power saving of a user equipment (UE) from a network node from the UE; determining a connected discontinuous reception (CDRX) configuration for the UE on the basis of the analytics information; and transmitting the CDRX configuration to the UE.
Claims12
A method for performing communication, performed by a base station, comprising:
- receiving, from a network node, analytics information related to power saving of a UE (User Equipment);
- determining CDRX (connected discontinuous reception) configuration for the UE, based on the analytics information;
- transmitting, to the UE, the CDRX configuration.
A base station, to perform communication, comprising:
- at least one transceiver;
- at least one processor;
- and
- at least one memory storing instructions and being operably electrically connected to the at least one processor,
- wherein, based on the instructions being executed by the at least one processor, the at least one processor performs operation comprising:
- receiving, from a network node, analytics information related to power saving of a UE (User Equipment);
- determining CDRX (connected discontinuous reception) configuration for the UE, based on the analytics information;
- transmitting, to the UE, the CDRX configuration.
A method for performing communication, performed by a UE (User Equipment), comprising:
- receiving, from a base station, CDRX (connected discontinuous reception) configuration;
- monitoring a PDCCH (Physical downlink control channel) discontinuously, based on the CDRX configuration,
- wherein the CDRX configuration is based on power saving of the UE.
