Abstract

Behaviors in a case that a UE is subject to registration reject from an NPN for localized services have not been clarified. A User Equipment (UE) includes a transmission and/or reception unit, a controller, and a storage unit. The controller manages a first list and a second list. The first list is a “temporarily forbidden Stand-alone Non-Public Networks (SNPNs) for access for localized services in SNPN” list. The second list is a “permanently forbidden SNPNs for access for localized services in SNPN” list. The transmission and/or reception unit transmits a registration request message to a network, and receives a registration reject message including a first cause value or a second cause value from the network. The first cause value is a cause value indicating temporarily not authorized for this SNPN. In a case of receiving the first cause value, the controller stores an SNPN ID in the first list stored by the storage unit, based on the first cause value. The second cause value is a cause value indicating permanently not authorized for this SNPN. In a case of receiving the second cause value, the controller stores the SNPN ID in the second list stored by the storage unit, based on the second cause value.
