Communication over underlay network

A method comprising:

• receiving, by a PLMN from a UE, a registration request message;
• transmitting, by the PLMN to the UE, service information, based on the registration request message;
• and
• establishing, by the PLMN, a PDU session with the UE via an underlay network, based on the service information,
• wherein the registration request message includes capability information,
• wherein the capability information includes information that the UE supports information about available services based on the underlay network,
• wherein, based on the underlay network being a first network, the service information includes information that a first service is available,
• wherein, based on the underlay network being the first network, the PDU session is for the first service.

A UE, comprising:

• at least one memory;
• and
• at least one processor operably connectable to the at least one memory,
• wherein the at least one memory stores instructions that, based on being executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to perform operations comprising:
• transmitting, to a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN), a registration request message;
• receiving, from a specific network node of the PLMN, service information, based on the registration request message;
• and
• establishing a Packet Data Unit (PDU) session with the PLMN via an underlay network, based on the service information,
• wherein the registration request message includes capability information,
• wherein the capability information includes information that the UE supports information about available services based on the underlay network,
• wherein, based on the underlay network being a first network, the service information includes information that a first service is available,
• wherein, based on the underlay network being the first network, the PDU session is for the first service.
