Abstract
The present invention relates to a wireless communication system, and specifically to a method used by a terminal in a wireless communication system, and a wireless device therefor, the method comprising the steps of: carrying out CW adjustment in order to transmit a SL transmission; and carrying out a channel access procedure on the basis of the adjusted CW, wherein, if, with respect to the CW adjustment, the SL transmission is not associated with an explicit HARQ-ACK feedback, the adjusted CW is determined according to a proposed method.

A user equipment (UE) configured to operate in a wireless communication system, the UE comprising:
- a communication module;
- and
- a processor configured to control the communication module,
- wherein the processor is configured to:
- perform a channel access procedure to transmit a sidelink (SL) transmission, wherein the channel access procedure includes:
- adjusting a contention window (CW) within a set of CW values, and
- sensing a channel at least for N slots, N being randomly selected within the adjusted CW;
- and
- transmit the SL transmission based on a result the channel access procedure,
- wherein if the SL transmission is associated with a negative acknowledgement (NACK) only feedback and if a minimum CW value is consecutively used K1 times for generation of N in latest channel access procedures, the adjusted CW is determined as a next higher allowed value within the set of CW values.
A method performed by a user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
- performing a channel access procedure to transmit a sidelink (SL) transmission, wherein the channel access procedure includes:
- adjusting a contention window (CW) within a set of CW values, and
- sensing a channel at least for N slots, N being randomly selected within the adjusted CW;
- and
- transmitting the SL transmission based on a result the channel access procedure,
- wherein if the SL transmission is associated with a negative acknowledgement (NACK) only feedback and if a minimum CW value is consecutively used K1 times for generation of N in latest channel access procedures, the adjusted CW is determined as a next higher allowed value within the set of CW values.
