Abstract
The present disclosure provides a random-access method and device, and UE and a network equipment. The method includes: receiving first information for instructing a UE to perform random-access, sent by a first cell, where the first information includes second information for indicating a second cell, the first cell is one of serving cells of the UE, and the second cell is a cell with an index different from that of the first cell; sending a random-access message to the second cell according to the first information.

A random-access method, performed by a user equipment (UE), comprising:
- receiving first information for instructing the UE to perform random-access, sent by a first cell;
- wherein the first information includes second information for indicating a second cell, the first cell is one of serving cells of the UE, and the second cell is a cell with an index different from that of the first cell;
- sending a random-access message to the second cell according to the first information.
A random-access method, performed by a first cell, comprising:
- sending first information for instructing a user equipment (UE) to perform random-access, to the UE;
- wherein the first information includes second information for indicating a second cell, the first cell is one of serving cells of the UE, and the second cell is a cell with an index different from that of the first cell.
A user equipment (UE), comprising:
- a transceiver;
- wherein the transceiver is configured to:
- receive first information for instructing the UE to perform random-access, sent by a first cell;
- wherein the first information includes second information for indicating a second cell, the first cell is one of serving cells of the UE, and the second cell is a cell with an index different from that of the first cell;
