Abstract
A method for determining a resource state, performed by a terminal, includes: sending indication information to a network device, wherein the indication information indicates resource usage states of N configured grant (CG) resources, where N is a natural number determined based on at least one of a number of bits of the indication information and/or based on configuration information received from the network device.
