Method used for adaptive measurement scheduling

A base station used in wireless communication, the base station comprising:

• a transceiver;
• and
• a processor, wherein the transceiver and the processor are configured to:
• send a first information block, the first information block being used for determining a first threshold value;
• and
• send at least one wake-up signal comprised in a target wake-up signal set, a recipient of the first information block performing measurements for the at least one wake-up signal in the target wake-up signal set,
• wherein the first-type measurement performed for the wake-up signal in the target wake-up signal set is used for determining a first measurement result, and a relationship between the first measurement result and the first threshold value is used for determining a first time length, and
• wherein in a time interval of which the length is equal to the first time length, the recipient of the first information block at least performs a second-type measurement once, the first-type measurement and the second-type measurement being different, and
• wherein the first time length is related to synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel block measurement timing configuration (SMTC) of the UE.

A method used in a user equipment (UE) for wireless communication, comprising:

• receiving a first information block;
• determining a first threshold value based on a first information block;
• and
• performing a first-type measurement for a wake-up signal in a target wake-up signal set;
• determining a first measurement result based on the first-type measurement performed for the wake-up signal in the target wake-up signal set;
• determining a first time length based on a relationship between the first measurement result and the first threshold value;
• and
• in a time interval of which the length is equal to the first time length, performing a second-type measurement once, wherein the first-type measurement and the second-type measurement being different;
• and wherein the first time length is related to synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel block measurement timing configuration (SMTC) of the UE.
