Qoe continuity during intra-5gc inter-rat handover process

A method comprising:

• receiving, at a first layer of a terminal device from a first network device, a mobility command;
• providing, from the first layer of the terminal device to a second layer of the terminal device, an attention (AT) command associated with the mobility command, the AT command informing the second layer to release at least one configured quality of experience (QoE) measurement and associated radio resource control (RRC) identifier (ID), the second layer being an upper layer of the first layer;
• and
• releasing, at the second layer of the terminal device, at least one configured QoE measurement and associated RRC ID based on the AT command.

A computer readable storage medium that is non-transitory comprises program instructions for causing a terminal device at least to:

• receive, at a first layer of the terminal device from a first network device, a mobility command;
• provide, from the first layer of the terminal device to a second layer of the terminal device, an attention (AT) command associated with the mobility command, the AT command informing the second layer to release at least one configured quality of experience (QoE) measurement and associated radio resource control (RRC) identifier (ID), the second layer being an upper layer of the first layer;
• and
• release, at the second layer of the terminal device, the at least one configured QoE measurement and associated RRC ID based on the AT command.
