Apparatuses and methods for facilitating a quality of service aware uplink delivery mechanism for devices in conjunction with networks and systems

A non-transitory machine-readable medium, comprising executable instructions that, when executed by a processing system including a processor, facilitate performance of operations, the operations comprising:

• obtaining an assignment of a first configuration, the first configuration being associated with a first priority level in terms of a priority of access to resources of a communication network;
• obtaining first data in accordance with the first configuration;
• analyzing the first data to determine that a condition associated with the first data has an importance that exceeds a threshold, resulting in a determination;
• based on the determination, assuming a second configuration, wherein the second configuration is associated with a second priority level in terms of the priority of access to the resources;
• based on the assuming of the second configuration, gaining access to first resources of the resources;
• and
• based on the gaining, transmitting second data.

A method, comprising:

• obtaining, by a processing system including a processor, an assignment of a first configuration, the first configuration being associated with a first priority level in terms of a priority of access to resources of a communication system;
• obtaining, by the processing system, first data in accordance with the first configuration;
• analyzing, by the processing system, the first data to determine that a condition associated with the first data has an importance that exceeds a threshold, resulting in a determination;
• based on the determination, assuming, by the processing system, a second configuration, wherein the second configuration is associated with a second priority level in terms of the priority of access to the resources, and wherein the second priority level is greater than the first priority level;
• and
• based on the assuming of the second configuration, transmitting, by the processing system, second data via first resources of the resources.
