Real-time positional data is transmitted to a core network via a backhaul, allowing remote monitoring and control by network operators. Integrated stepper motors enable automatic or remote adjustments in response to misalignments. The system supports various sensor placements and power configurations. By automating alignment monitoring and correction, the system enhances network reliability, minimizes service disruptions, and reduces manual maintenance costs.

An improved antenna system comprising:

an antenna panel with radiating elements comprising an Antenna Alignment Sensor Device, the Antenna Alignment Sensor Device configured to monitor positional orientation of the antenna panel, the positional orientation comprising at least one of horizontal tilt, vertical tilt, elevation and rotation;
and
a real-time reporting system configured to transmit the positional orientation from the Antenna Alignment Sensor Device to a network operator.
