Abstract
A method for verifying a generic public subscription identifier (GPSI) in a wireless communication network, performed by an application function (AF) entity, includes: sending a first request to a network exposure function (NEF) entity; and receiving a first response sent by the NEF entity, wherein the first response comprises a verification result of a first GPSI, or the first response comprises a second GPSI.

A method for verifying a generic public subscription identifier (GPSI), performed by an application function (AF) entity, comprising:
- sending a first request to a network exposure function (NEF) entity;
- and
- receiving a first response sent by the NEF entity, wherein the first response comprises a verification result of a first GPSI, or the first response comprises a second GPSI.
A method for verifying a generic public subscription identifier (GPSI), performed by a network exposure function (NEF) entity, comprising:
- receiving a first request sent by an application function (AF) entity;
- sending a second request to a bootstrapping server function (BSF) entity;
- receiving a second response sent by the BSF entity;
- and
- sending a first response to the AF entity, wherein the first response comprises a verification result of a first GPSI, or the first response comprises a second GPSI.

A method for verifying a generic public subscription identifier (GPSI), performed by a bootstrapping server function (BSF) entity, comprising:
- receiving a second request sent by a network exposure function (NEF) entity;
- determining a subscription permanent identifier (SUPI);
- determining a second response based on the SUPI, wherein the second response is used to assist in determining a verification result of a first GPSI;
- and
- sending the second response to the NEF entity.
A method for verifying a generic public subscription identifier (GPSI), performed by a unified data management (UDM) entity, comprising:
- receiving a service request sent by a first entity, wherein the first entity is a network exposure function (NEF) entity or a bootstrapping server function (BSF) entity, and the service request comprises a subscription permanent identifier (SUPI);
- obtaining a second GPSI associated with the SUPI;
- generating a service response based on the second GPSI;
- and
- sending the service response to the first entity.
