Method and system for generative artificial intelligence (gen ai)-based software/hardware lifecycle management

A non-transitory machine-readable medium, comprising executable instructions that, when executed by a processing system including a processor, facilitate performance of operations, the operations comprising:

• receiving initial information regarding at least one product or service;
• storing the initial information in a data structure;
• utilizing at least one artificial intelligence (AI) model to generate first data for supplementing the initial information in the data structure;
• conducting automated data extractions from web-based content to obtain second data for further supplementing the initial information in the data structure;
• determining an update timeframe for performing additional automated data extractions from web-based content to obtain additional data relating to the at least one product or service;
• conducting the additional automated data extractions from web-based content based on the update timeframe to obtain the additional data relating to the at least one product or service;
• and
• based on the additional data, performing one or more actions with respect to one or more systems associated with the at least one product or service.

A method, comprising:

• utilizing, by a processing system including a processor, at least one artificial intelligence (AI) model to generate first data for supplementing initial information associated with at least one product or service;
• conducting, by the processing system, automated data extractions from web-based content to obtain second data for further supplementing the initial information;
• determining, by the processing system, an update timeframe for performing additional automated data extractions from web-based content to obtain additional data relating to the at least one product or service;
• conducting, by the processing system, the additional automated data extractions from web-based content based on the update timeframe to obtain the additional data relating to the at least one product or service;
• and
• based on the additional data, performing, by the processing system, one or more actions with respect to one or more systems associated with the at least one product or service.
