Abstract
Embodiments of the present disclosure is directed to systems, computer readable media, and methods for causing dynamic updates to values of a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM). In embodiments, the operations comprise accessing, at a telecommunication network, an indication that a SIM of a user device is a unified SIM, based on accessing the indication, transmitting a first instruction to the user device, the first instruction causing display of a brand selection interface on a graphical user interface (GUI) of the user device, the brand selection interface comprising a plurality of brands, receiving, from the user device, a selected brand of the plurality of brands; and responsive to receiving, causing at least one file of the unified SIM to be updated to an amended file.
Claims20
A system comprising:
- a base station of a telecommunication network configured to wirelessly communicate with a user device;
- a networked data repository;
- and
- one or more networked computer processing components having computer-useable instructions stored thereon that, when used by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations, the operations comprising:
- accessing, at the telecommunication network, an indication that a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) of a user device is a unified SIM;
- based on accessing the indication, transmitting a first instruction to the user device, the first instruction causing display of a brand selection interface on a graphical user interface (GUI) of the user device, the brand selection interface comprising a plurality of brands;
- receiving, from the user device, a selected brand of the plurality of brands;
- and
- responsive to receiving, causing at least one file of the unified SIM to be updated to an amended file.
A non-transitory computer storage media storing computer-useable instructions that, when used by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations, the operations comprising:
- accessing, at a telecommunication network, an indication that a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) of a user device is a unified SIM;
- based on accessing the indication, transmitting a first instruction to the user device, the first instruction causing display of a brand selection interface on a graphical user interface (GUI) of the user device, the brand selection interface comprising a plurality of brands;
- receiving, from the user device, a selected brand of the plurality of brands;
- and
- responsive to receiving, causing at least one file of the unified SIM to be updated to an amended file.
A method for dynamically updating Subscriber Identity Module value, comprising:
- accessing, at a telecommunication network, an indication that a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) of a user device is a unified SIM;
- based on accessing the indication, transmitting a first instruction to the user device, the first instruction causing display of a brand selection interface on a graphical user interface (GUI) of the user device, the brand selection interface comprising a plurality of brands;
- receiving, from the user device, a selected brand of the plurality of brands;
- and
- responsive to receiving, causing at least one file of the unified SIM to be updated to an amended file.
