Abstract
A disclosure of the present specification provides a method for performing communication by a UDM. The method may comprise the steps of: receiving a registration message related to a PDU session of a UE from an SMF; receiving a CM update request message from the SMF; and transmitting, to an AMF, a notification message including LBO roaming information indicating that LBO roaming is allowed for a DNN or S-NSSAI.

A method comprising:
- receiving a registration message related to a Packet Data Unit (PDU) session of a User Equipment (UE), from a Session Management Function (SMF);
- receiving a Connection Management (CM) update request message from the Session Management Function (SMF),
- wherein the CM update request message includes information related to a dynamic Local Breakout (LBO) and a Data Network Name (DNN) or Single Network Slice Selection Assistance Information (S-NSSAI) related to the PDU session;
- and
- transmitting a notification message including LBO roaming information indicating that LBO roaming is allowed for the DNN and the S-NSSAI, to an Access and Mobility Management Function (AMF).

- transmitting a registration message related to a Packet Data Unit (PDU) session of a User Equipment (UE) to Unified Data Management (UDM);
- determining that Local Breakout (LBO) roaming to a Visited Public Land Mobile Network (VPLMN) is required for the UE;
- and
- transmitting a Connection Management (CM) update request message to the UDM,
- wherein the CM update request message includes information related to the dynamic Local Breakout (LBO) and the Data Network Name (DNN) or Single Network Slice Selection Assistance Information (S-NSSAI) related to the PDU session,
- wherein the information related to the dynamic LBO is used by the UDM to transmit a notification message including LBO roaming information indicating that LBO roaming is allowed for the DNN and the S-NSSAI to the Access and Mobility Management Function (AMF).

- transmitting a PDU session establishment request message related to a first packet data unit (PDU) session of the UE to a session management function (SMF);
- receiving a PDU session establishment accept message from the SMF;
- receiving from the SMF a PDU session release command message including cause information,
- wherein the cause information includes information that a PDU session needs to be re-established with the same Data Network (DN) with a DN of first PDU session;
- and
- transmitting a PDU session establishment request message for establishing a second PDU session to the SMF, based on the cause information.
