This application provides an earphone. The earphone includes a main circuit board, a radiator, and an extended ground plane, where the radiator is disposed on a first surface of the main circuit board; the extended ground plane is disposed on a second surface of the main circuit board, and shares a common ground with the main circuit board; and the first surface is a surface away from a wearer, and the second surface is a surface facing the wearer.

An earphone, comprising:
- a main circuit board, a radiator, and an extended ground plane, wherein
- the radiator is disposed on a first surface of the main circuit board;
- the extended ground plane is disposed on a second surface of the main circuit board, and shares a common ground with the main circuit board;
- and
- the first surface is a surface away from a wearer, and the second surface is a surface facing the wearer.
