Various implementations include earphones, earphone cushions and related headsets. In some aspects, an audio earphone includes: a fabric outer layer; an elastomer layer under the fabric outer layer and directly bonded to the fabric outer layer; and a cushion material under the elastomer layer.

- a fabric outer layer;
- an elastomer layer under the fabric outer layer and directly bonded to the fabric outer layer;
