Abstract
An imaging apparatus includes: an image sensor that captures a subject image at a first cycle via a first optical system to generate imaging data; a detector that outputs detection data via a second optical system, the detection data indicating a detection result of a change in the subject image at a second cycle shorter than the first cycle; and a controller that controls an image capturing operation using the image sensor and the detector, wherein the controller limits an output of the detection data by the detector when the second optical system is driven in the image capturing operation.
Claims10
An imaging apparatus comprising:
- an image sensor that captures a subject image at a first cycle via a first optical system to generate imaging data;
- a detector that outputs detection data via a second optical system, the detection data indicating a detection result of a change in the subject image at a second cycle shorter than the first cycle;
- and
- a controller that controls an image capturing operation using the image sensor and the detector, wherein
- the controller limits an output of the detection data by the detector when the second optical system is driven in the image capturing operation.
An imaging apparatus comprising:
- an image sensor that captures a subject image at a first cycle via a first optical system to generate imaging data;
- a detector that outputs detection data via a second optical system configured separately from the first optical system, the detection data indicating a detection result of a change in the subject image at a second period shorter than the first period;
- a controller that controls an image capturing operation using the image sensor and the detector, wherein
- the controller drives the second optical system when the first optical system is driven in accordance with an instruction to drive the first optical system.
