Abstract
An imaging apparatus, comprising: a wireless communication unit that communicates wirelessly with an external device; and a switching unit that switches a controller that controls the wireless communication unit between a first controller and a second controller different from the first controller, wherein the switching unit performs switching so as to connect the wireless communication unit and the first controller in a first mode, and to connect the wireless communication unit and the second controller in a second mode in which a processing load is larger than in the first mode.
Claims14
An imaging apparatus, comprising:
- a wireless communication unit that communicates wirelessly with an external device;
- and
- a switching unit that switches a controller that controls the wireless communication unit between a first controller and a second controller different from the first controller,
- wherein the switching unit performs switching so as to connect the wireless communication unit and the first controller in a first mode, and to connect the wireless communication unit and the second controller in a second mode in which a processing load is larger than in the first mode.
A method for controlling an imaging apparatus provided with a wireless communication unit that communicates wirelessly with an external device, the method comprising:
- switching a controller that controls the wireless communication unit between a first controller and a second controller different from the first controller,
- wherein in the switching, the wireless communication unit and the first controller are connected in a first mode, and switching is performed so as to connect the wireless communication unit and the second controller in a second mode in which a processing load is larger than in the first mode.
A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium storing a program for causing a computer to execute a method for controlling an imaging apparatus provided with a wireless communication unit that communicates wirelessly with an external device, the method comprising:
- switching a controller that controls the wireless communication unit between a first controller and a second controller different from the first controller,
- wherein in the switching, the wireless communication unit and the first controller are connected in a first mode, and switching is performed so as to connect the wireless communication unit and the second controller in a second mode in which a processing load is larger than in the first mode.
