A method of decoding tensors for content of a bitstream. The method comprises determining a network topology from the bitstream. A first information is decoded from the bitstream; Decoded tensors are produced from the first information using the determined network topology.

- determining a network topology from the bitstream;
- decoding a first information from the bitstream;
- and
- producing decoded tensors from the first information using the determined network topology.
