Abstract
An image decoding method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises obtaining image information including intra prediction related information, deriving an intra prediction mode for a chroma block based on the intra prediction related information, deriving a luma block corresponding to the chroma block, deriving at least one coefficient for the chroma block, and deriving a prediction sample of the chroma block based on the luma block and the at least one coefficient, wherein the at least one coefficient is derived based on neighboring reference samples of the chroma block.
Claims20
An image decoding method performed by a decoding apparatus, the method comprising:
- obtaining image information including intra prediction related information;
- deriving an intra prediction mode for a chroma block based on the intra prediction related information;
- deriving a luma block corresponding to the chroma block;
- deriving at least one coefficient for the chroma block;
- and
- deriving a prediction sample of the chroma block based on the luma block and the at least one coefficient,
- wherein the at least one coefficient is derived based on neighboring reference samples of the chroma block.
An image encoding method performed by an encoding apparatus, the method comprising:
- determining an intra prediction mode for a chroma block;
- deriving a luma block corresponding to the chroma block;
- deriving at least one coefficient for the chroma block;
- deriving a prediction sample of the chroma block based on the luma block and the at least one coefficient;
- and
- encoding image information including intra prediction mode related information,
- wherein the at least one coefficient is derived based on neighboring reference samples of the chroma block.
A transmitting method for image data, the method comprising:
- obtaining a bitstream generated by an image encoding method, wherein the bitstream is generated based on determining an intra prediction mode for a chroma block, deriving a luma block corresponding to the chroma block, deriving at least one coefficient for the chroma block, deriving a prediction sample of the chroma block based on the luma block and the at least one coefficient, and encoding image information including intra prediction mode related information;
- and
- transmitting the image data including the bitstream,
- wherein the at least one coefficient is derived based on neighboring reference samples of the chroma block.
