Systems and methods for evaluating and displaying subject-specific compliance standard information

A non-transitory computer readable storage medium, wherein the non-transitory computer readable storage medium stores instructions, which when executed by a computer system, cause the computer system to perform a method of:

• establishing, by a compliance computer system, via a communication channel, a communication session with a user device, the communication session being associated with a session identifier that uniquely identifies a subject;
• receiving, by the compliance computer system, via the communication channel, a first electronic message responsive to a first prompt, the first electronic message comprising subject-specific information comprising personally identifiable information of the subject;
• performing, respective to the first electronic message, a process through the communication channel using an automated human interface module, the automated human interface module communicatively coupled to a stored data structure comprising a plurality of data elements,
• wherein
• each respective data element of the plurality of data elements is linked to at least one corresponding data element in the plurality of data elements,
• each respective data element in a first subset of the plurality of data elements is associated with at least one predetermined compliance question,
• each respective data element in a second subset of the plurality of data elements comprising at least two data elements is associated with a corresponding compliance standard of a plurality of compliance standards,
• each respective compliance standard comprises a corresponding plurality of requirements to deem satisfaction of the respective compliance standard, and
• the process comprises:
• evaluating, by the compliance computer system, the first electronic message to determine whether the subject-specific information satisfies at least a first requirement of a plurality of requirements of a respective compliance standard associated with a first data element in the second subset of the data elements,
• selecting, in accordance with a determination that the first requirement of the plurality of requirements is satisfied, either (i) a subsequent stored data element in the first subset of the plurality of data elements associated with a second requirement of a subset of the plurality of requirements, the subset of the plurality of requirements comprising the first requirement and the second requirement, and
• transmitting, in response to selecting the subsequent data element, by the compliance computer system via the communication channel, a subsequent prompt, wherein transmitting the subsequent prompt via the communication channel guides the subject through one or more subsequent electronic messages eliciting, in real time, additional subject-specific information from the subject via a second electronic message;
• generating, during the communication session, a subject-specific report in accordance with a determination at least the subject-specific information and the additional subject-specific information from the subject collectively deem complete the subset of the plurality of requirements;
• and
• transmitting, via the communication channel, the subject-specific report for visualization through the communication channel.

A computer system comprising:

• one or more processing units and a memory coupled to at least one processing unit of the one or more processing units, the memory storing at least one program for execution by the at least one processing unit, the at least one program comprising one or more instructions that:
• establishing, by a compliance computer system, via a communication channel, a communication session with a user device, the communication session being associated with a session identifier that uniquely identifies a subject;
• receiving, by the compliance computer system, via the communication channel, a first electronic message responsive to a first prompt, the first electronic message comprising subject-specific information comprising personally identifiable information of the subject;
• performing, respective to the first electronic message, a process through the communication channel using an automated human interface module, the automated human interface module communicatively coupled to a stored data structure comprising a plurality of data elements,
• wherein
• each respective data element of the plurality of data elements is linked to at least one corresponding data element in the plurality of data elements,
• each respective data element in a first subset of the plurality of data elements is associated with at least one predetermined compliance question,
• each respective data element in a second subset of the plurality of data elements comprising at least two data elements is associated with a corresponding compliance standard of a plurality of compliance standards,
• each respective compliance standard comprises a corresponding plurality of requirements to deem satisfaction of the respective compliance standard, and
• the process comprises:
• evaluating, by the compliance computer system, the first electronic message to determine whether the subject-specific information satisfies at least a first requirement of a plurality of requirements of a respective compliance standard associated with a first data element in the second subset of the data elements,
• selecting, in accordance with a determination that the first requirement of the plurality of requirements is satisfied, either (i) a subsequent stored data element in the first subset of the plurality of data elements associated with a second requirement of a subset of the plurality of requirements, the subset of the plurality of requirements comprising the first requirement and the second requirement, and
• transmitting, in response to selecting the subsequent data element, by the compliance computer system via the communication channel, a subsequent prompt, wherein transmitting the subsequent prompt via the communication channel guides the subject through one or more subsequent electronic messages eliciting, in real time, additional subject-specific information from the subject via a second electronic message;
• generating, during the communication session, a subject-specific report in accordance with a determination at least the subject-specific information and the additional subject-specific information from the subject collectively deem complete the subset of the plurality of requirements;
• and
• transmitting, via the communication channel, the subject-specific report for visualization through the communication channel.
