Risk-based event prediction and alert with visualized process flow

A computer program product comprising:

• a set of one or more computer-readable storage media;
• and
• program instructions, collectively stored in the set of one or more computer-readable storage media, for causing at least one computing device to perform computer operations including:
• executing a messaging tool on a computing device of the at least one computing device to conduct and analyze a real-time conversation between, at least, one user and another user, the messaging tool including at least one artificial intelligence model generated and integrated into the messaging tool, the at least one artificial intelligence model being generated based on analyzing historical data obtained from one or more exogenous sources, the historical data including, at least, data related to one or more historical risk-based events, the at least one artificial intelligence model trained to categorize analysis data resulting from the analyzing the historical data and to predict a risk-based event;
• performing, using the messaging tool, real-time analysis of the real-time conversation to generate a probability score, the probability score indicating a prediction that the real-time conversation is the risk-based event;
• and
• visualizing the risk-based event using the messaging tool to indicate to a selected user that the real-time conversation is the risk-based event, the selected user being a user of the one user and the another user of the real-time conversation.

A computer system comprising:

• at least one computing device;
• a set of one or more computer-readable storage media;
• and
• program instructions, collectively stored in the set of one or more computer-readable storage media, for causing the at least one computing device to perform computer operations including:
• executing a messaging tool on a computing device of the at least one computing device to conduct and analyze a real-time conversation between, at least, one user and another user, the messaging tool including at least one artificial intelligence model generated and integrated into the messaging tool, the at least one artificial intelligence model being generated based on analyzing historical data obtained from one or more exogenous sources, the historical data including, at least, data related to one or more historical risk-based events, the at least one artificial intelligence model trained to categorize analysis data resulting from the analyzing the historical data and to predict a risk-based event;
• performing, using the messaging tool, real-time analysis of the real-time conversation to generate a probability score, the probability score indicating a prediction that the real-time conversation is the risk-based event;
• and
• visualizing the risk-based event using the messaging tool to indicate to a selected user that the real-time conversation is the risk-based event, the selected user being a user of the one user and the another user of the real-time conversation.
