An information processing system, comprising

• a controller that
• simultaneously delivers a message to all of a plurality of users belonging to a predetermined user group, as destination users, on a basis of a request from a sender terminal,
• determines for each of the users whether or not a reaction of the user to the message satisfies a plurality of conditions,
• selects a destination user to be a destination to whom the message is to be redelivered, or a destination user to be a destination to whom a message related to the message is to be delivered, from all of the users in accordance with a result of the determination, and
• redelivers the message or delivers the related message to the selected destination user.

An information processing method, comprising:

• simultaneously delivering a message to all of a plurality of users belonging to a predetermined user group, as destination users, on a basis of a request from a sender terminal;
• calculating a parameter for each of the users by a predetermined algorithm in accordance with a reaction of the user to the message;
• selecting a destination user to be a destination to whom the message is to be redelivered, or a destination user to be a destination to whom a message related to the message is to be delivered, from all of the users on a basis of the calculated parameter;
• and
• redelivering the message or delivers the related message to the selected destination user.

A program that causes an information processing apparatus to execute the steps of:

• simultaneously delivering a message to all of a plurality of users belonging to a predetermined user group, as destination users, on a basis of a request from a sender terminal;
• calculating a parameter for each of the users by a predetermined algorithm in accordance with a reaction of the user to the message;
• selecting a destination user to be a destination to whom the message is to be redelivered, or a destination user to be a destination to whom a message related to the message is to be delivered, from all of the users on a basis of the calculated parameter;
• and
• redelivering the message or delivering the related message to the selected destination user.
