Abstract
Systems and methods are described for providing data routing, including selecting a group of ports from among a plurality of groups of ports based on a congestion of a neighbor device associated with the group of ports, selecting a port from among the group of ports to route a packet based on a congestion of each port of the group of ports, and transmit the packet via the selected port.

A system for providing data routing, the system comprising one or more circuits to:
- select a group of ports from among a plurality of groups of ports based at least in part on a congestion of a neighbor device associated with the group of ports;
- select, from among ports of the group of ports, a port to route a packet based at least in part on a congestion of each port of the group of ports;
- and
- transmit the packet via the selected port.
