Communication method and communication apparatus

A communication apparatus, comprising a processor, wherein the processor is configured to:

• by executing a computer program or instructions or through a logic circuit,
• enable the processor to be configured for:
• generating a first part of a first physical layer protocol data unit (PPDU), wherein the first part of the first PPDU is used to carry data information, indices of data subcarriers of the first part of the first PPDU in a first bandwidth are the same as or partially the same as indices of data subcarriers of a first part of a second PPDU in a second bandwidth, indices of pilot subcarriers of the first part of the first PPDU in the first bandwidth are the same as or partially the same as indices of pilot subcarriers of the first part of the second PPDU in the second bandwidth, a subcarrier spacing of the first part of the first PPDU in the first bandwidth is less than a subcarrier spacing of the first part of the second PPDU in the second bandwidth, the second bandwidth is greater than the first bandwidth, the second PPDU is any one of a very high throughput (VHT) PPDU, a high efficiency (HE) PPDU, an ultra-high reliability (UHR) PPDU, and an extremely high throughput (EHT) PPDU, and the first part of the second PPDU is used to carry the data information;
• and
• sending the first part of the first PPDU.
