Abstract
A system includes an array of small-aperture optical receivers. The system also includes one or more optical resonators coupled to the array of small-aperture optical receivers. The system further includes an array of delay circuits coupled to the array of small-aperture optical receivers. In addition, the system includes an optical-electrical converter configured to receive an output of the one or more optical resonators.

A system comprising:
- an array of small-aperture optical receivers;
- one or more optical resonators coupled to the array of small-aperture optical receivers;
- an array of delay circuits coupled to the array of small-aperture optical receivers using a plurality of fibers;
- and
- an optical-electrical converter configured to receive an output of the one or more optical resonators.
