Power amplifier circuit and power amplifier device

A power amplifier circuit comprising:

• a first carrier amplifier configured to amplify a first split signal obtained by splitting a first signal which is one of a pair of balanced signals, and to output a first amplified signal from a first output terminal;
• a first peak amplifier configured to amplify a second split signal which is obtained by splitting the first signal and which is different in phase from the first split signal, and to output a second amplified signal from a second output terminal;
• a second carrier amplifier configured to amplify a third split signal obtained by splitting a second signal which is the other of the pair of balanced signals, and to output a third amplified signal from a third output terminal;
• a second peak amplifier configured to amplify a fourth split signal which is obtained by splitting the second signal and which is different in phase from the third split signal, and to output a fourth amplified signal from a fourth output terminal;
• a first capacitor that has a first end connected to the first output terminal and a second end connected to the third output terminal;
• a second capacitor that has a first end connected to the second output terminal and a second end connected to the fourth output terminal;
• first wiring that has a first end connected to the first output terminal and a second end connected to the second output terminal;
• second wiring that has a third end connected to the third output terminal and a fourth end connected to the fourth output terminal;
• a balun that is connected between the first wiring and the second wiring;
• and
• third wiring that is electromagnetically coupled to each of the first wiring and the second wiring, and that is connected to ground,
• wherein the first wiring is closer to the third wiring than to the second wiring, and
• wherein the second wiring is closer to the third wiring than to the first wiring.
