Abstract

An apparatus includes a rectifier circuit, first and second capacitors, first and second triangle wave drivers, and a control circuit. The rectifier circuit has a first terminal and a second terminal. The first capacitor has a first terminal coupled to the first terminal of the rectifier circuit, and a second terminal. The second capacitor has a first terminal coupled to the second terminal of the rectifier circuit, and a second terminal. The first triangle wave driver has an input, and an output coupled to the second terminal of the first capacitor. The second triangle wave driver has an input, and an output coupled to the second terminal of the second capacitor. The control circuit has a first output coupled to the input of the first triangle wave driver, and a second output coupled to the input of the second triangle wave driver.

Dependent claims

An apparatus comprising:

a rectifier circuit having a first terminal and a second terminal;
a first capacitor having a first terminal coupled to the first terminal of the rectifier circuit, and a second terminal;
a second capacitor having a first terminal coupled to the second terminal of the rectifier circuit, and a second terminal;
a first triangle wave driver having an input, and an output coupled to the second terminal of the first capacitor;
a second triangle wave driver having an input, and an output coupled to the second terminal of the second capacitor;
and
a control circuit having a first output coupled to the input of the first triangle wave driver, and a second output coupled to the input of the second triangle wave driver.

a capacitive isolator having a first input, a second input, a first output, and a second output;
a rectifier circuit having a first terminal coupled to the first output of the capacitive isolator, and a second terminal coupled to the second output of the capacitive isolator;
