• a rotor comprising a rotor core;
• a stator comprising a stator core, the stator core comprising a core ring and a plurality of stator teeth extending radially toward an inner side of the core ring;
• and
• insulating end covers disposed at two ends of the stator core, wherein an insulating end cover of the insulating end covers comprises an annular body and a plurality of terminal teeth, the plurality of terminal teeth extend radially toward an inner side of the annular body, a terminal tooth of the plurality of terminal teeth has a tooth surface around which a coil is wound, at least a part of the tooth surface is configured to be an inclined surface along a radial direction, the tooth surface comprises a rough surface, and a roughness Ra of the rough surface is less than or equal to 3.2 μm.

An electric motor, comprising:

• a rotor comprising a rotor core;
• a stator comprising a stator core, the stator core comprising a core ring and a plurality of stator teeth extending radially toward an inner side of the core ring;
• and
• insulating end covers disposed at two ends of the stator core, wherein an insulating end cover of the insulating end covers comprises an annular body and a plurality of terminal teeth, the plurality of terminal teeth extend radially toward an inner side of the annular body, a terminal tooth of the plurality of terminal teeth has a tooth surface around which a coil is wound, the tooth surface comprises a rough surface, and a roughness Ra of the the rough surface is greater than 3.2 μm.
