Abstract

Provided are a charge/discharge control device and a charge/discharge control method capable of ascertaining an influence of a battery deterioration factor accompanying charge/discharge and suppressing battery deterioration. A charge/discharge control device that controls charge/discharge of a storage battery connected to a load includes: means for setting a reference operation pattern of charge/discharge of the storage battery and calculating a reference deterioration amount that is a deterioration amount of the storage battery in the reference operation pattern; means for calculating an actual operation deterioration amount that is a deterioration amount of the storage battery in an actual operation pattern different from the reference operation pattern when charge/discharge of the storage battery is operated in the actual operation pattern; means for calculating a deterioration amount difference that is a difference between the reference deterioration amount and the actual operation deterioration amount; and means for calculating a contribution degree of each of a plurality of deterioration factors that are factors of deterioration of the storage battery based on the deterioration amount difference.
