Abstract
The invention refers to a connector (33). A connector (33) may be configured for transferring power and/or for transmitting a signal in a train (1), particularly in a train coach (32), further particularly between two train coaches (32), comprising at least one electronic assembly (34), wherein the electronic assembly (34) comprises:—at least one sensor (35) configured to monitor at least one physical parameter for determining a track condition; and—at least one circuit board (36) connected to the at least one sensor (35); wherein the at least one electronic assembly (34) is positioned at a connector housing (12) and/or positioned inside a connector housing (12).

A connector configured for transferring power and/or for transmitting a signal in a train, particularly in a train coach, further particularly between two train coaches, comprising at least one electronic assembly, wherein the electronic assembly comprises:
- at least one sensor configured to monitor at least one physical parameter for determining a track condition;
- and
- at least one circuit board connected to the at least one sensor;
- wherein the at least one electronic assembly is positioned at a connector housing and/or positioned inside a connector housing.
