Abstract
The invention relates to an electrical energy storage battery comprising at least one stack of electrical cells, a housing including a base to which said stack of the battery is attached, and a shell covering the base. The battery comprises at least two compression plates disposed on either side of said stack, means for attaching said plates to the base, and at least one tie rod capable of compressing the compression plates against the cells of said stack. The base comprises means for the thermal management of the electrical cells.
Claims9
Electrical energy storage battery comprising at least one stack of electrical cells, a housing including a base to which said stack of the battery is attached and a shell covering the base, at least two compression plates disposed on either side of said stack, means for attaching the compression plates to the base, and at least one tie rod capable of compressing the compression plates against the cells of said stack, the base comprising means for the thermal management of the electrical cells, the number of tie rods being exactly one unit greater than the number of stacks.
Battery according to claim, wherein said thermal drain is folded beneath the cell with which it is in contact, so as to form a contact surface of the drain with the base.
Dependencies are inferred from the claim text.
