Abstract
A battery pack assembly system, a battery pack, and a method for assembling a battery pack in a battery pack assembly line. The method includes obtaining a battery module frame with at least one accommodation compartment within the battery module frame; releasably coupling the battery module frame in a receiving compartment of a battery pack frame; and inserting a battery cell stack, after the battery module frame is releasably coupled to the battery pack frame, in the battery module frame and coupling the battery cell stack within the battery module frame by adhesive force.
Claims13
A method for assembling a battery pack in a battery pack assembly line, the method comprising:
- obtaining a battery module frame including at least one accommodation compartment within the battery module frame;
- releasably coupling the battery module frame in a receiving compartment of a battery pack frame;
- and
- inserting, after the battery module frame is releasably coupled to the battery pack frame, a battery cell stack comprising a plurality of battery cells in the battery module frame and coupling the battery cell stack within the battery module frame by an adhesive force.
A battery pack comprising:
- a battery pack frame comprising at least one receiving compartment;
- a battery module frame with at least one accommodation compartment releasably coupled in the at least one receiving compartment of the battery pack frame;
- and
- a battery cell stack comprising a plurality of battery cells in the battery module frame that is coupled within the battery module frame by an adhesive force.
