A battery module transportation device is provided. The battery module transportation device includes a body unit arranged to be on the side portion of the battery module; a first fixing unit including an extension part, which extends downward to be along the side portion of a battery module from the body unit, and a protruding part, which protrudes to be toward the side portion of the battery module from the extension part so as to be inserted into a first hole; and a second fixing unit which protrudes downward from the body unit so as to be seated in the second hole, and which can move vertically. The battery module transportation device may be detachably mounted in the first hole in the horizontal direction and a second hole in the vertical direction, and the battery module transportation device may be provided at one of two side portions of the battery module so as to transport the battery module.
