Abstract
The present disclosure provides a method and apparatus for measuring a deformation amount of a tray. The method of measuring a deformation amount of a tray for a secondary battery includes: fixing a tray for a secondary battery; moving the tray to a reference position; measuring displacement at a plurality of measurement points on the tray; and storing and analyzing data of the measured displacement, calculating a deformation amount, and evaluating a state of the tray.

A method of measuring a deformation amount of a tray for a secondary battery, the method comprising:
- fixing a tray for a secondary battery;
- moving the tray to a reference position;
- measuring displacement at a plurality of measurement points on the tray;
- and
- storing and analyzing data of the measured displacement, calculating a deformation amount, and evaluating a state of the tray.
An apparatus for measuring a deformation amount of a tray for a secondary battery, the apparatus comprising:
- a fixing part configured to fix a tray of a secondary battery;
- a raising/lowering unit configured to move the tray to a reference position;
- a displacement sensor configured to measure displacement at a plurality of measurement points on the tray;
- a data processing unit configured to store and analyze data of the measured displacement and to calculate a deformation amount and to evaluate a state of the tray;
- and
- a controller configured to control operations of the fixing part, the raising/lowering unit, the displacement sensor, and the data processing unit.
A method of measuring a deformation amount of a tray for a secondary battery, the method comprising:
- fixing a tray for a secondary battery;
- moving the tray to a reference position;
- measuring displacement at a plurality of measurement points on the tray in real time;
- calculating a deformation amount by comparing data of the measured displacement with a reference distance;
- when the calculated deformation amount exceeds a reference value, generating a warning;
- and
- predicting an expected lifetime of the tray according to the deformation amount.
