Abstract
An electronic device includes: an insulating board; a conductor disposed on the insulating board; and a coupled inductor having coils magnetically coupled to each other. The coils include end coils located at ends in a predetermined direction, and an intermediate coil located between the end coils. The conductor includes a land exposed from the substrate and joined to the coil, and a non-joined conductor not joined to the coil. An area of the non-joined conductor located directly below one of the coils is smaller at directly below the end coil than at directly below the intermediate coil.
Claims8
An electronic device comprising:
- a substrate having an insulating board and a conductor disposed on the insulating board;
- and
- a coupled inductor having a core and a plurality of coils disposed on the core, the plurality of coils being arranged in a predetermined direction perpendicular to a thickness direction of the substrate and magnetically coupled to each other, wherein
- the plurality of coils include end coils located at ends in the predetermined direction, and an intermediate coil located between the end coils,
- each of the plurality of coils has a body portion wound around the core and a terminal portion connected to the body portion,
- the conductor includes a land exposed from a surface of the substrate and joined to the terminal portion, and a non-joined conductor not joined to the coil, the non-joined conductor being provided at a position overlapping with the body portion in a plan view seen in a thickness direction, and
- an area of the non-joined conductor located directly below one of the coils is smaller at directly below the end coil than at directly below the intermediate coil.
