Abstract
A method of operation of a compute system includes: generating a skin region based on a patient image; identifying a region of interest from the skin region; generating a lesion type based on the region of interest; and generating a structural language output based on a category related to the lesion type for displaying on a device to assist in diagnosis.

A method of operation of a compute system comprising:
- generating a skin region based on a patient image;
- identifying a region of interest from the skin region;
- generating a lesion type based on the region of interest;
- generating a bounding box around the region of interest;
- calculating a feature from pixel data inside the region of interest bounded by the bounding box;
- and
- generating a structural language output based on a category related to the lesion type and the feature corresponding to the category for displaying on a device to assist in diagnosis.

- a control circuit, including a processor, configured to:
- generate a skin region based on a patient image;
- identify a region of interest from the skin region;
- generate a lesion type based on the region of interest;
- generate a bounding box around the region of interest;
- calculate a feature from pixel data inside the region of interest bounded by the bounding box;
- and
- generate a structural language output based on a category related to the lesion type and the feature corresponding to the category for displaying on a device to assist in diagnosis.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing an instruction that, when executed by a control circuit of a compute system, causes the control circuit to perform functions comprising:
- generating a skin region based on a patient image;
- identifying a region of interest from the skin region;

- calculating a feature from pixel data inside the region of interest bounded by the bounding box;
- and
- generating a structural language output based on a category related to the lesion type and the feature corresponding to the category for displaying on a device to assist in diagnosis.
