Abstract
A suspension includes a baseplate, a load beam fixed to the baseplate, a flexure provided along with the load beam, and an actuator arrangement portion on which an actuator element is arranged. The flexure includes a metal base and a wiring portion arranged along with the metal base, and a thickness of the metal base is smaller than a thickness of the load beam. The actuator arrangement portion includes a load beam frame portion formed of a part of the load beam, and the load beam frame portion includes a supporting portion which supports the actuator element. The actuator arrangement portion includes an opening formed in the load beam frame portion, and a terminal line arranged in the opening and electrically connected to the actuator element.
