Abstract
A method for enabling interoperability between an audio neural network-implemented encoder that is incompatible with a neural network-implemented decoder. The method includes receiving an output of a neural network-implemented audio encoder, generating a translated output from the output of a neural network-implemented audio encoder, and delivering the translated output as input to a neural network-implemented audio decoder for audio playback, wherein the output of the neural network-implemented audio encoder is incompatible as input to the neural network-implemented audio decoder for audio playback of audio encoded by the neural network-implemented audio encoder.
Claims20
A method comprising:
- receiving an output of a neural network-implemented audio encoder;
- generating a translated output from the output of a neural network-implemented audio encoder;
- and
- delivering the translated output as input to a neural network-implemented audio decoder for audio playback,
- wherein the output of the neural network-implemented audio encoder is incompatible as input to the neural network-implemented audio decoder for audio playback of audio encoded by the neural network-implemented audio encoder.
A device comprising:
- an interface configured to enable network communications;
- a memory;
- and
- one or more processors coupled to the interface and the memory, and configured to:
- receive an output of a neural network-implemented audio encoder;
- generate a translated output from the output of a neural network-implemented audio encoder;
- and
- deliver the translated output as input to a neural network-implemented audio decoder for audio playback,
- wherein the output of the neural network-implemented audio encoder is incompatible as input to the neural network-implemented audio decoder for audio playback of audio encoded by the neural network-implemented audio encoder.
One or more non-transitory computer readable storage media encoded with instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to:
- receive an output of a neural network-implemented audio encoder;
- generate a translated output from the output of a neural network-implemented audio encoder;
- and
- deliver the translated output as input to a neural network-implemented audio decoder for audio playback,
- wherein the output of the neural network-implemented audio encoder is incompatible as input to the neural network-implemented audio decoder for audio playback of audio encoded by the neural network-implemented audio encoder.
