Abstract
An information processing device according to a first aspect of the present disclosure is configured to: acquire conversation data that is a record of conversation held among a plurality of users; analyze the acquired conversation data to determine rankings of initiative in the conversation among the users; when requests are received from at least two users out of the plurality of users concurrently, determine priority levels of the received requests based on results of determination of the rankings; and cause an agent to process the requests in accordance with the determined priority levels.

An information processing device comprising a control unit configured to execute:
- acquiring conversation data that is a record of conversation held among a plurality of users;
- analyzing the acquired conversation data to determine rankings of initiative in the conversation among the users;
- when requests are received from at least two users out of the plurality of users concurrently, determining priority levels of the received requests based on results of determination of the rankings;
- and
- causing an agent to process the requests in accordance with the determined priority levels.
A non-transitory storage medium storing a program for causing a computer to execute an information processing method, the information processing method comprising:
- acquiring conversation data that is a record of conversation held among a plurality of users;
- analyzing the acquired conversation data to determine rankings of initiative in the conversation among the users;
- when requests are received from at least two users out of the plurality of users concurrently, determining priority levels of the received requests based on results of determination of the rankings;
- and
- causing an agent to process the requests in accordance with the determined priority levels.
