A display panel control apparatus according to an aspect of the present disclosure capable of blocking simultaneous access of an external device and a timing controller to a storage device, comprises a timing controller configured to control driving of a display panel including a plurality of pixels, a storage device in which at least one of setting data of the timing controller and compensation data for compensating characteristic values of the plurality of pixels is stored, and a first routing line configured to connect an external device configured to record or update the setting data and the timing controller, wherein the external device accesses the storage device through the timing controller to record or update the setting data.
